The staff at the Academy of Careers & Technology is delighted to be part of your educational plans. We trust that the skills you learn here will equip you with the necessary foundation for your future. Whether you plan to enter the work force, continue your education at another technical institution, college, university, or enter military service, we will work with you to ensure that you are well prepared. If you are an adult student training or retraining at the Academy, we extend encouragement and support.

During the 2008 -2009 school year, we will continue our efforts with High Schools That Work, School to Work and Tech Prep, as well as planning to add additional articulation options for all programs. Our endeavors to have industry standard certifications are still being given priority to better serve YOU.

Remember, ACT is a school for students who are serious about their careers. The staff will expect you to give your best and to respect the rules and regulations that make ACT safe and effective school. In turn, we will give you our best!
