Program Description: This program incorporates all the skills needed to train the people who keep everything running behind the scenes. This includes learning to apply basic construction safety standards, measuring and mixing chemicals, performing cleaning operations, and minor general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, flooring, and upkeep of grounds.
 
Prerequisites: Student may enroll without a high school diploma or high school equivalency assessment but will not be awarded a Certificate of Applied Studies without a high school diploma or high school equivalency assessment.

One year (540 clock hours)
Students are accepted yearly in August

Certifications: NCCER (National Center for Construction Education and Research); OSHA 10 Construction Industry
